The passengers felt fear and they were panic, especially the young of them, and from the kindness of God Almighty that the phrase was disrupted in the width of the Nile, and the water pushed it to walk next to the eastern beach, away from the current and the speed of water in the middle of the Nile, which made its traffic weak and slow.
Immediately, the accountant Amer Awad, head of the local unit in the center and city of Tahta in Sohag, Ahmed Hassan, Wael Abu Louleh, the vice -president of the city and the assistant team for them, and the “Sohag 1” was quickly pushed to withdraw and terrace the western Nile beach, and work as an alternative to transporting passengers between the two banks.
Dr. Al -Sayed Atef, one of the people of Al -Khaddariya village, east of the Nile in Sohag, called on officials to work a bridge linking East and West, especially since the village and the eastern side are in great need to establish a bridge, through which they can easily move between the two banks of the Nile easily and at any time.
Ahmed Taj, one of the youth of Al -Khaddariya village, East, added that the phrase has specific dates for work, and work does not continue for long at night, and the people need to move day and night to the western side, especially in the presence of satisfactory cases in the middle of the night, which drives them to independence of special costly boats, such as the Nile ferry.
The villagers demanded the work of a bridge linking the two banks, especially that a bridge was made and the completion of it for years on the eastern side of the village, and only the western side remains, calling on all officials at all levels to establish the bridge on the Nile to serve thousands of citizens.
