A source familiar with the Ministry of Local Development revealed the nature of the organizational structure by working in local departments in various jobs in the governorates, noting that there is no official job in the Ministry of Local Development as a consultant for the governor or a job in this name in the Ministry of Local Development.

The source explained to Cairo 24, that the appointment of the position of the consultant to the governor is an authentic right for him and his direct competence, to appoint a advisor to him in any different field, to benefit from his job and local experiences, to use it in the fields he enjoys, noting that there is no job as a conservative advisor in the organizational and administrative structure at the Ministry of Local Development.
The source continued, that the governor has the right to have advisers in all different fields, which he believes that he needs to use cadres related to any field, such as digital transformation and administrative, technical and media tasks, indicating that the tasks come directly from the governor and he is responsible for his exclusion, isolation or appointment at any time and not from the authority of the Minister of Local Development.
The source added, that the appointment of the position of the governor’s advisor is not for the Minister of Local Development in which he entered, and he is considered an inherent right to seek the expertise and competencies that he sees his need, explaining that the majority of governors have advisers in various fields.
And Abizaid: For example, the governor has the right to have a consultant in digital transformation, to follow up the files related to the technology, mechanization, the system, and other matters related to technology and computer, or the media to follow news sites, the Internet, the social media and the satellite channels to follow up and give it reports.
