The Journalists Syndicate announced the launch of 300 housing units full of finishing with an area of 80 square meters, 63 square meters, including a share on the ground, as part of the Victory Gardens Project owned by Misr City for Housing and Development.

These units are considered to have announced the launch of 300 housing units in full finishing with an area of 80 square meters, 63 square meters, including a share on the ground, as part of the Victory Gardens Project owned by Misr City for Housing and Development, within the national housing project, and it was transferred to free housing, and the company is currently offering it after the completion of the transfer procedures.
This offering comes within the framework of a cooperation protocol signed between the city of Egypt and the Journalists Syndicate after the approval of the Syndicate Council. The protocol included a reduction in the unit price from 900 thousand pounds to 850 thousand pounds, in addition to reducing the maintenance deposit to 85 thousand pounds, with the possibility of paying the real estate financing system.
The amount of 127,500 pounds is paid as a payment before the allocation, which represents 15% of the value of the unit, while the rest of the amount pays cash upon contracting in the event of immediate payment, in addition to the maintenance deposit 10%, and the housing unit can be included within the real estate financing initiative, and the unit’s value is installed at a period of up to 15 years.
Khaled Al -Balshi, the captain of the journalists, thanked the two colleagues, Alaa Imran and Mustafa Hussein, for their efforts in completing the agreement.
He also indicated that additional units are currently being negotiated in the event of the completion of the reservation of units allocated to the union, pointing out that it was agreed with the company’s management to allocate Sunday and Wednesday from 11 am to 2 pm to colleagues wishing to inspect the units.
Misr City Company explained that the residential area occupies only 20% of the project area, and the company is currently working on developing the entire region and setting up a surrounding wall.
