The Ministry of Transport announced that, in the context of solidarity of all the state agencies concerned with tourism to implement the directives of the political leadership towards encouraging tourism, as well as the instructions of the team, Kamel Al -Wazir – Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development, Minister of Industry and Transport; The General Authority of Alexandria Port, headed by Major General Bahri Ahmed Houash – Chairman – received this morning, Wednesday, at five thirty in the morning; Tourist MS Zuiderdam.

It is noteworthy that the tourist ship MS Zuiderdam, the Netherlands, the Netherlands, the power of attorney, I Incikib, has been built on the sidewalks of the sea passenger terminal at the Alexandria Port Authority, and its passengers are 1761 passengers, including about 1011 tourists coming from Malta, and it is scheduled to leave on the same day, heading to the Turkish port of Kossidasi.

The passengers have been received and their procedures were completed in a few minutes to start their tourism visit program to tourist, historical and cultural attractions.
The Alexandria Port Authority has also been keen to accompany the locomotives and guidance and insurance facilities for the ship since its arrival, as well as the accurate follow -up of the radar guidance tower with the movement of ships.
The Alexandria Port Authority has prepared a busy reception for the ship and tourists, which includes technical shows presented by the Tourist Passenger Station Reception Squad in Alexandria Port, in the assistant of Egypt’s Renaissance Company and under the supervision of the General Administration of Passenger Movement in Alexandria Port, and souvenirs were also presented in the context of the state’s tendency to encourage marine tourism in Egyptian ports.
