The Public Prosecutor of South Minya Prosecutors referred the case of the child who was subjected to his presentation by Jim coach inside a village of the Minya Center, to the Criminal Court in Beni Suef Governorate, in preparation for determining the first trial sessions.

The details of the incident are due to a communication submitted by the mother of a 13 -year -old child, in which she accused the gym coach of her son of sexually assaulting him inside the gym, which sparked a state of resentment and anger among the people of Minya Governorate.
The mother of the child said, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that her son, who has a high school superiority and morals, was subjected to a tragic accident during the training, after the coach closed the hall on him alone, and took advantage of the place to be free to take a shameful act.
The mother added: My son entered a bad psychological state since the accident, he feels shame and shame, and he refuses to go to school or meet his friends, especially after some of them began to calibrate him after the details of the incident spread.
The mother of the child also appealed to the competent authorities to quickly intervene and hold the trainer accountable, stressing the necessity of achieving justice and punishing the perpetrator to ensure the response of her son, and in order not to repeat such crimes against children.
It is noteworthy that the decision to refer to the Criminal Court came after Cairo’s publication 24 of the incident.
