The Qena Criminal Court, headed by the counselor, headed by Counselor Mustafa Ahmed Abdel -Aal, the president of the court, and the membership of the counselors, Mohab Abdel Hamid and Ahmed Abdel Rahim Haridi, and the presence of Yassin Ramadan, the prosecutor, and the Secretariat of Salah Farraj and Alaa Beard, to punish a 10 -year prison worker, on charges of killing a young man due to a verbal altercation between him and the accused’s mother, in the village of Al -Huwarat in the Qena Center.

The case of the case dates back to February 12, 2024, when the investigation authorities charged the accused Mustafa M.M., 29, charged with the killing of the victim, Muhammad H
Investigations revealed that a verbal argument broke out between the victim and the mother of the accused, after which the accused took out a tin and fired shots that penetrated the body of the victim, which killed his life.
The case was referred with No. 3435 of 2024 Criminal Criminal Qena, which is restricted by No. 819 of 2024 Kulia Qena, to the Criminal Court, which sentenced the accused with 10 years imprisonment.
