Today, Tuesday, the Badr Criminal Court will hear the re -trial of a defendant, on the background of his accusation with others who were previously sentenced to the media known as the events of Kafr Hakim.

The session will be held, headed by Counselor Hamada Al -Sawy, membership of Advisors Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, Dr. Ali Amara, and the Secretariat of Mohamed Al -Saeed.
He charged the accused several charges, including gathering and joining a group that was founded in contravention of the provisions of the law, harming national unity and social peace, and to cut roads and intimidate citizens.
On the other hand, the second department, terrorism held at the Badr Courts Complex, headed by Counselor and Wajdi Abdel Moneim, decided to refer the accused of the ISIS cell, to the Mufti to take the legitimate opinion in his execution, and to determine the May 27 session to pronounce the ruling.
The session was chaired by Counselor Wajdi Abdel Moneim, membership of Counselors Abdel Jalil Moftah and Dhiaa Amer, and the Secretariat of Mohamed Hilal.
The defendants face the charges of joining a terrorist group, by joining a group that was established in contrast to the law and the provisions of the constitution, which are intended to call for a breach of public order, endangering the safety of society and its security, disrupting the provisions of the constitution and laws, preventing state institutions and public authorities from exercising their actions, and assaulting the personal freedom of citizens, freedoms, public rights, harming national unity and social peace with his knowledge of its purposes.
