The donor, “Qawati Middle East”, for the tenth year in a row, recommended that the Sadat City University grant a certificate according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, this came in the closing session of the comprehensive external review conducted by the company for the university quality system, which included the administrative structure, its colleges and institutes, the Quality Assurance and Continuing Development Center and various quality units.

The closing session, Dr. Shaden Muawiyah, President of Sadat City University, was headed in the presence of Dr. Khamis Mohamed Khamis, Supervisor of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, Dr. Abdel Hamid Othman, Director of the Quality Assurance and Continuing Development Center, Dr. Imad Zakaria, Secretary -General of the University, and gentlemen of colleges and institutes, and a number of college trustees and public directors and departments, and the team of the Quality Assurance and Continuing Development Center, such as the donor. Mamdouh Fathi, the chief auditor, and the engineer, Misra, Mohamed, the company.
Dr. Shaden Muawiyah, President of the University, expressed her happiness with this recommendation, which reflects the university’s firm commitment to international quality standards and its constant endeavor towards excellence, and thanked and appreciated all university employees from faculty members and the administrative apparatus for their sincere efforts and tireless work that resulted in this due achievement, stressing that this renewal is an incentive to continue working with the same spirit to achieve more successes and advance Performance in all sectors of the university.
Dr. Shaden Muawiyah explained that Sadat City University participates in some good practices within the university at the administrative and job levels regarding the reward system, choosing competencies in the competition and announcing the criteria required to fill the departments of centers and units at the university.
For his part, Dr. Abdel Hamid Othman, Director of the Quality Assurance and Continuing Development Center, stressed that this achievement represents the culmination of continuous efforts and a hard -working group work from all units and departments at the university, and thanked the President of the University for its continuous support and valuable directives and the deans of colleges and institutes, the Secretary -General of the University and all workers for their fruitful cooperation and their commitment to quality standards, indicating that the center will continue to work with all To ensure the continuity and development of the quality system in a way that serves the achievement of the university’s goals and aspirations towards excellence and continuous improvement.
The representative of the donor entity, “Qawati Middle East”, stressed that the continuous and noticeable development at Sadat City University over the past three years of the establishment of new colleges, distinguished programs and a distinguished administrative system that takes into account quality standards in all its paths, praising the efforts made within the university to implement and preserve the quality system, stressing continuous development and adherence to international standards.
