The Texture Company, the pioneer of real estate development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced its participation as a platinum sponsor at the Bahrain Smart Cities Summit in its eighth version, which will be held in the presence of Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister during the period 15-16 April 2025 at the Sheraton Hotel in Manama.
This third Platinum’s participation and care in a row of the tissue company is consistent with its steadfast commitment to implementing its ambitious strategy in building innovative and smart urban societies that keep pace with modern needs of families with sustainable housing solutions to future generations.
The texture company will participate in the exhibition accompanying the summit with a pavilion that displays the concept of “smart homes” in the field of easy housing, which the company applies in the Nasim Arad project for the first time at the level of the Kingdom of Bahrain, so that the company is a leader in the field of homes and smart cities at the Kingdom level within its constant keenness to provide unique real estate advantages in the local market.
Mr. Amin Al -Areed, CEO of Tissat, will also participate as a major speaker within the activities of the summit, which will highlight the concept of the all -new smart cities in the easy housing and the leadership of the company in the partnership projects between the government and private sectors with the Ministry of Housing and its launch of many easy housing projects in several regions at the Kingdom level.
The texture company is proud to achieve 30% of the smart villas project in Nasim Arad, and it is expected that the model smart villa will be launched by the end of this year 2025. The infrastructure work for the Nasim Arad project was also completed by 100% to include roads, water networks, electricity, sanitation, sidewalks and lighting columns for the streets.
