She indicated, on its website, that the Department of Municipalities and Transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi has previously put regulations and laws against fencing, fence or covering any real estate completely or partially in a way that makes it distorted for the general appearance in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012, noting that the penalties and administrative fines for this type of violations are 3000 dirhams for the first time, 5000 dirhams for the second time, and 10,000 dirhams for the third time.
