“Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities” organizes the conference of citizenship, identity and coexistence values, on April 15 and 16 in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of a group of thinkers, academics and scientists from inside and outside the country. The organization of the conference falls within the societal university initiatives, its role in promoting the civilizational, intellectual and philosophical construction of the UAE, and the efforts to protect the national identity across generations, which is consistent with the state’s vision in preserving its originality and consolidating its civilizational heritage. The conference includes three sessions, the first discusses “citizenship and belonging … philosophical entrances and value dimensions”, a number of working papers on the national identity, the value of citizenship, compassion and community solidarity
