While the endeavors continue to reach a truce between Israel and the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip, Israel, which resumed the war last month, continues to bomb and penetrate it in the north, central and southern Gaza Strip, where it seeks to establish buffer areas.
In a new matter similar to what it has been in the past weeks, the Israeli army asked today, Friday, residents of areas in northern Gaza, to evacuate.
The army spokesman, Avichai Adraei, urged in a statement posted on his account on the X platform all the residents in the Shuja’iya and New neighborhoods, Turkmen, East Zaytoun, Al -Nur and Al -Apple, except to leave immediately
He also pointed to the need to move towards the “well -known shelter centers in the west of Gaza City”
Armistice negotiations
This came in conjunction with statements that carried some positive atmosphere on the ongoing negotiations to stop fire.
Israeli officials revealed that Tel Aviv and Cairo exchanged drafts about the Egyptian proposal on Gaza, according to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation.
They also saw that “there is a possibility to make progress in the talks on Gaza.”
US President Donald Trump, in turn, hinted on Thursday evening to progress in negotiations on the launch of Israeli prisoners held in the Palestinian sector, pointing out that his country is communicating with Israel and mediators.
The US President’s envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkev, also revealed that a deal with Hamas was only a matter of days.

The last truce had the release of 33 Israeli prisoners, eight of them were killed, compared to about 1,800 Palestinians from Israeli prisons.
While 58 Israelis are still detained in the Palestinian sector, 34, they died, according to the estimates of the Israeli army.
