The Petroleum Price Committee on the review and determination of the prices of selling petroleum products decided to raise the prices of gasoline and diesel in Egypt at its first meeting for the current year 2025, after postponing the committee session for a period of 6 months since last October.
The prices of gasoline and diesel rose 2 pounds from Friday morning, April 11.
Gasoline prices in Egypt after the increase
- Betrol 95: rose from 17 to 19 pounds per liter.
- Betrol 92: more than 15.25 to 17.25 pounds per liter.
- Gasoline 80: It reached 13.75 to 15.75 pounds per liter.
- Dyar: It rose from 13.5 to 15.5 pounds per liter.
- Kirosin: 15.5 pounds.
