Saudi Arabia .. “Toby” shares rises 0.31% after signing a contract by 19.98 million riyals

The arrow of the adequate offer company for commercial services “Toby” listed and traded in the Saudi market “Tadawul” increased by 0.31% during trading today, Tuesday, to trade at 12.80 riyals per share, after signing a contract of 19.98 million riyals.

The arrow of the mastery offer for commercial services “Toby” was traded at that time at 572.37 thousand shares, with a value of trading 7.4 million riyals.

The highest price for the share at that time was at 13.26 riyals during the session, while the lowest price was at 12.72 riyals per share.

The increase in the stock price came after the adequate offer company announced commercial services (Toby) that it signed a contract for operating and maintaining technical systems in the first and fifth region of the Sports Path Project, in the style of the framework agreement, and with a total value of 19.98 million riyals.

The company explained that the contract was signed with Al -Masar Sports Foundation on March 27, 2025, and reaches 36 months.

The company expects that this contract will have a positive financial impact that extends over the financial years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028.

The project aims to provide a comprehensive operating and maintenance plan around the clock throughout the week for seven major technical systems in the targeted areas of the project.

These systems include: public broadcasting system, audio alarm, closed circuit television (monitoring systems), access control system, supervisory control and data collection system (SCADA), guidance and counseling systems (internal navigation), lighting control system, as well as the Pavigon system that depends on power generation from movement.

The contract also includes providing continuous technical support to users, ensuring adherence to technical and security standards, as well as developing a flexible and modern technical framework in line with future technical changes.
