Al -Azhar Al -Sharif expressed its deep regret with the advent of the “Orphan Day” this year, where tens of thousands of children in the Gaza Strip live the orphanage after losing their parents and mothers at the hands of the brutal enemy, whose attacks on civilians continue without mercy or humanity.

In a statement published through his official account on the social networking site “Facebook”, Al -Azhar indicated that children in Gaza suffer from loss of safety and family love as a result of the ongoing war crimes, calling on the international community, including the governments of the free world and humanitarian organizations, to intensify their efforts to stop this aggression urgently, and work to secure full care of Gaza orphans.
Al -Azhar also made an appeal to provide all means of support and comprehensive sponsorship for children who lost their parents as a result of this aggression.
