A huge fire broke out inside a closed residential apartment on a street branch from TV Street in the city of Luxor, due to a short circuit, which led to the charging of its contents completely, without any injuries or human losses, in the absence of their owners.

The Luxor Security Directorate received a report from the people stating that the flames and smoke were escalated from a closed apartment on the second floor of a real estate, which necessitated an urgent movement from the civil protection forces, which pushed three fire engines, amid an intense presence of the police and ambulances.
The apartment is closed and accompanied by the rituals of Umrah
Initial investigations revealed that the apartment is closed due to the travel of its owner to the Holy Land to perform the Umrah rituals, and it was scheduled to return at dawn today, while the fire was escalating extensively from inside the apartment, threatening the extension of the fire to the rest of the property and neighboring buildings.
Control of fire and determine the cause
After issuing the necessary legal measures, the civil protection forces managed to storm the apartment and control the fire before it extended to the neighboring real estate, to show that the cause is a short circuit, which led to the burning of the contents of the apartment completely, without recording any human injuries.

The authorities of the Luxor Security Directorate edited a report of the incident, and the investigation authorities were notified to initiate the necessary legal procedures to reveal more details about the accident.
