Every year, Muslims await in various parts of the world the coming of Eid Al -Fitr with joy and pleasure, but this year he did not carry with him the same usual feelings of joy and joy. The joy this year was incomplete, and it may be absent, but rather surrounded by shadows of sadness and tears, especially in areas where endless conflicts and wars. How can we rejoice in the feast and our hearts are burdened with the sadness of the children of Palestine who face hunger, poverty and death under the weight of the Israeli occupation, Palestine, which was and still represents the heart of the Arabs and the wounded crying Islam? How long will you suffer from these pain and disturb the bitterness of living and woes of war.
How can we rejoice on the feast and there are those who kill in Sanaa, brotherly Yemen, in an atmosphere of unforgettable wars and destruction? How can joy be real and the Arab countries and their peoples suffer from killings, destruction and constant demolition?
Eid al -Fitr this year is nothing but a lack of joy and joy, as it reminds us of the spirit of unity and participation, and with the conflicts and tragedies we have afflicted with it. Perhaps this is what prompted us to reflect on the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Like the believers in their affection and compassion like the body, if a member complains about him, the rest of the body is called to him with staying up late and fever.” This hadith, which reflects the good relationship and mercy between Muslims at the time of adversity. How can we rejoice on this holiday while the members of the Islamic nation suffer?
Hope is still based on Arab and Islamic unity, and to work together to achieve economic and political integration between Arab countries. We have to stand together against the major challenges facing our nation, especially in the face of Zionism that tore Palestine and obstructed the aspirations of the Arabs. Zionism was not only limited to Palestine, but also broadcast its toxins in wounded Sudan and in Ethiopia, which he deceived against the unity of the Nile Basin countries.
When do we reach a stage where the true feast of this nation is achieved? When does a feast come to our Arab and Islamic nation, which is united, coherent, with one position and one voice? Will we remain in this division and rivalry, or will there be a glimmer of hope that will restore our unity and achieve our aspirations for peace and prosperity?
A whole feast will only be when this nation returns to its unity and works hand in hand for its common interests, and to achieve justice and freedom for all its peoples.
