With the advent of Eid Al -Fitr, some families have allocated additional expenses, including new clothes, Eid meals, and gifts, which makes financial planning important to avoid large financial burdens.
The economist Aref Khalifa confirms that families with low incomes, which consist of 6 individuals, need approximately 300 dinars to cover all Eid requirements, including clothes, hospitality supplies, and family lunch.
With regard to middle -income families, their budget ranges between 400 to 450 dinars, due to their dependence on wider options of clothes, foods, and other supplies.
It is noteworthy that the budgets of families differ according to the level of income, as families with limited or medium income need to allocate large sums to cover the basic Eid needs.
