The General Assembly of the Muharraq Cooperative Society approved at its meeting held on 3/26/2025, a profit distribution to shareholders at 9% of the share value. This was stated by the Chairman of the Board, Mahmoud Siyadi, who stated that the General Assembly approved the administrative and financial reports for the end of the year 2024, where the results showed that the net profit for the year 2025 amounted to 114 thousand dinars compared to 98.8 thousand dinars for the year 2024, and that the total shareholders ’rights amounted to 2,202,455 dinars for the year 2025 compared to the amount of 2,083,789 for the year 2024.
In its meeting, the General Assembly adopted the start of the project of building the commercial complex in the land of the association in Arad.
