The coach of the national football team, the national coach, Mohamed Adnan Ayoub, confirmed that the qualifying draw for the Asian Cup for women “Australia 2026” came balanced, adding that all fortunes are equal in the group in which the national team signed, expressing at the same time his optimism in competition for the qualification card for the finals.
Ayoub said in the statement singled out for “Al -Watan Al -Sports”: “We are optimistic that after the drawing of the qualifiers for the Asian Women’s Cup for the team, the national team is on the third group alongside the teams of Myanmar, Bangladesh and Turkmenistan, which drives us for hard work and preparing more in order to take these qualifiers with the aspirations of qualifying for the Asian finals, which is the main goal that we seek to achieve in these qualifiers.”
He continued that “the Asian qualifiers will not be furnished with flowers, everyone will do his best to work and prepare for this important participation.” Short before the group matches to be held in Myanmar.
He pointed out that “the national team consists of a mixture of expertise and young women,” explaining that “the team is going through a stage of development and making a team for the future.”
He stressed that “the coming period requires everyone’s solidarity and work in the spirit of one team to take advantage of all the opportunity to reach the required readiness, in which he will enter the qualifying stage in order to appear at the level through which he seeks to achieve positive results that serve his journey in the competition to reach the Asian finals in Australia.”
He concluded his statement, saying: “I would like to thank the president and members of the Bahraini Football Association for the support of the national team for women. I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Sheikha Hessa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, a member of the Bahraini Olympic Committee, for her sincere efforts in supporting women’s football in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and I also extend my sincere thanks to Sheikha Dawa Bint Khalid Al Khalifa, head of the Women’s Committee of the Bahraini Football Association, and to Sheikha Bint Nouf Khalifa, Vice -President of the Women’s Committee of the Bahrain Football Association, for their distinguished efforts in supporting the female football teams in order to achieve the best results and achievements for the Bahraini football.
