Mr. Ahmed bin Salman Al -Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, praised the royal decree issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, with the special amnesty and the release of 630 inmates sentenced in various cases, who spent a period of penalties issued against them, in addition to a number of alternative penalties applied to them.
Stressing that the Royal High Pardon is an authentic humanitarian approach to a wise leader in the rule of law, justice and institutions, and it comes in the interest of His Majesty, may God support him to provide an opportunity for those who were included in the amnesty to integrate into society and participate in the comprehensive development process.
Expressing the great appreciation and gratitude of the leading efforts, support and follow -up by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him, in achieving the royal royal aspirations, enhancing security, stability and law enforcement efforts, consolidating human values and principles, and taking into account social aspects, in a society based on cohesion, coexistence and tolerance.
Pointing out that His Majesty is a high example to be followed in observing the human and social conditions of the convicts and their families, and giving them new opportunities to correct their behaviors, and restore their positive role in serving the country and society.
Leading the efforts of the first team, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, praising the prominent role of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, the Public Prosecution, and all bodies supporting the achievement of national human rights achievements, according to an authentic Bahraini culture, a modern legislative system, and humanitarian and civilizational executive measures.
