The Technical Committee of the Capital Secretariat Council submitted a proposal to launch a welcoming advertisement with the visitors of Manama, and placed it near the Avenues Bahrain Complex, before the proposal had the approval of the members of the council, and voting on it with the consensus of the attendees. The Vice -President of the Council, Kholoud Al -Qattan, stated that the development of a welcoming plate is a good step, indicating that Manama receives many visitors throughout the year, including Gulf tourists, and from different regions of the world, in support of the proposal in view. On the other hand, the Director General of the Capital Secretariat, Mohamed Al -Sahli, confirmed the existence of a sign near the Bahrain Financial Port carrying the phrase “the most beautiful capital”, indicating that the installation of an advertisement in the proposed place needs procedures and approvals from certain parties, in addition to the high cost.
