His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, witnessed the annual ceremony organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs on the occasion of Bahraini Youth Day, which falls on March 25 of each year, in the presence of a number of ministers, officials, and Bahraini youth who contribute to the renaissance of the Kingdom.
The ceremony started with the tour of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in the exhibition “The Exceptional Volunteer”, which reviewed the achievements of Bahraini youth in the various fields of volunteer work.
The ceremony included the presentation of a film documenting the wise leadership support for the youth sector, and the efforts of Bahraini youth in the Kingdom’s elevation and the achievements and success they achieved, followed by the poet Sabika Al -Shehhi, a poem entitled “Power and Determination”.
Then His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa preferred to honor 25 young men and women from the distinguished “Exceptional Volunteer” initiative, in addition to the winners of the postage design competition for this occasion, as the first place achieved the share of Ghazi, the second place Dalal Boumitam, and the third place Marwan Abdullah.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa received a memorial gift, which is the memorial character that was specially designed for this occasion.
Mrs. Rowan bint Naguib Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, delivered a speech in which he confirmed that Bahraini youth are receiving the attention of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the great country, may God protect and preserve him, as he always directs his majesty to empower the youth and support them to become the leaders of the future, praising the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, may God protect him Their participation in national projects, which contributes to making them an active force in the development process.
The Minister of Youth Affairs emphasized that His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa pays special attention to Bahraini youth, as His Highness is keen to support and motivate them constantly, believing in their capabilities and capabilities in creativity, excellence and innovation, which contributes to enhancing their role in the development process and empowering them in various sectors, praising the honorable achievements of Bahraini youth.
