The General Authority for Culture Palaces, headed by Major General Khaled Al -Laban, concluded its cultural and artistic activities in the Qaliubiya Culture Branch, within the program of the Ministry of Culture.
Under the supervision of the writer Mohamed Nassef, Vice -President of the Commission, the Qanater Culture Palace witnessed today, Friday, a Ramadan evening in the presence of the artist Yasser Farid, Director General of Culture in Qalioubia, and Professor Rabie Awad, Director of the Palace, which included a presentation of the Anfushi Folklore Band, led by Yasser Othman, during which they presented a set of dances, including “Al -Falahi, Al -Saidi, Al -Tanura, Al -Hasan, Arab Al -Amiriya. It was followed by a presentation of the Arab Music Ensemble at the Qanater Culture Palace, led by Maestro Imad Ismail, and amid a great interaction from the audience, they presented a bouquet of the most beautiful songs, including “Akmib Alik, and Talat Salamat”.
Then a poetry paragraph in which the poet Awad Muhanna participated and gave a poem from his works entitled “Apply, Nay”, the poet Mohamed Sobhi and the poem “Disreed two texts”. The activities also witnessed a drawing workshop and competition of the most beautiful drawing, supervised by the artist Sherine Shehat, and a competition in general information for children.
The activities came within the cultural and artistic program prepared by the Culture Palaces Authority, in the Greater Cairo region and northern Upper Egypt, headed by Lamis Al -Sharnoubi, and the executor of the Qaliubiya Culture Branch period from 11 to 21 Ramadan.
