Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, met at the Ministry’s headquarters, Big International Company, one of the leading companies in the areas of urban development, with the aim of discussing aspects of cooperation, in the presence of the Ministry’s officials and the New Urban Communities Authority.
At the beginning of the meeting, Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny welcomed the company’s officials, explaining that there is full support from the Ministry of Housing in coordination with the various authorities concerned to increase the partnership with the private sector in implementing projects, especially with regard to localizing industries to meet the needs of the local market.
Fourth generation cities
During the meeting, Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny reviewed the various generations of new cities, including the cities of the fourth generation, the most prominent of which is the new administrative capital, the new Alamein, and the new Mansoura, and the projects being implemented in these cities.
In turn, the company’s officials expressed their happiness to meet, and made a presentation on their precedent of work in a number of cities around the world since 2015, work in the areas of housing, administrative buildings, towers, hotels, sports buildings, the establishment of protection systems, the establishment of integrated urban communities, urban planning, building low -cost buildings, experiences of exploiting various spaces in work sites, and creating sustainable infrastructure.
