The competent authorities in Al -Buhaira Governorate decided to present one of the two assaulting students from the director of Kafr Mottaf Technical Secondary School for Girls, affiliated to the Educational Administration in Sabrchit, on forensic medicine, to show their injuries after being infringed by a school principal.
Lawyer Mahmoud Ihab, the defense of the two students, revealed the details of the incident, saying that the beginning of the incident was a quarrel between the two students, and the principal of the school intervened and slapped one of them with the pen and beat the other.
The defense of the two students added that the two students were shocked after the manager assaulted her, adding: We could have dealt with the incident in any way other than the beating .. The director struck the student with the man, and was presented to the forensic medicine.
The defense of the two students added that a report of the incident was released and the two students were presented to the Public Prosecution to listen to their statements, and one of the two students was presented to the forensic medicine to show the injuries it suffered.
The two students’ defense continued that there are attempts to reconcile between the two parties, but the student’s father rejects this reconciliation, adding: The student’s father is the one who will decide the reconciliation or not, and he rejects the reconciliation.
