His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Salman Al -Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, accompanied by a number of deputies, visited the site of the “Al -Sariya” program in the heritage village in the “Ras Hayyan” area, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Raman bin Abdullah Al -Nuaimi, Minister of Information.

His Excellency the Speaker of the House of Representatives praised during his intervention on the “Al -Sariya” program with the valuable content offered by the program that aims to highlight the popular heritage of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its civilizational achievements, appreciating His Excellency His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports to support such programs and initiatives that would establish the national identity of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its authentic popular heritage and transfer it To future generations, noting the role of the program in highlighting the national heritage of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, embodying the depth of joint cultural ties between its sister countries.

During the visit, His Excellency the Speaker of the House of Representatives and Representatives met with the staff of the program and those in charge of it, and praised their efforts to show the program at this high level of excellence, wishing everyone success and success.

For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Information welcomed the visit of His Excellency the Speaker of the House of Representatives and Representatives, expressing his appreciation for His Excellency the “Al -Sariya” program and his support for those responsible for it.

His Excellency the Minister stressed that the Ministry of Information is continuing in its strategy to provide purposeful content that works to enhance the authentic Bahraini identity and preserve its popular heritage, in addition to consolidating bridges of cultural communication between the sisterly Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
