Sharjah: “The Gulf” is within the framework of the Ramadan “Zak” campaign launched by the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, the American University in Sharjah participated in a collective breakfast for 50 sons of the institution, within the project of “they dedicated them” in compliance with social responsibility and to enhance the spirit of societal solidarity during the blessed month. The event witnessed a distinctive Ramadan atmosphere, as the people of the Foundation met to representatives from the university and a number of volunteers, in an environment that reflects the values of giving and compassion that is characterized by the blessed month. During breakfast, the Foundation stressed the importance of such activities in supporting affiliated families, and involving them in a social atmosphere that is grown in them feelings of affiliation and love.
