His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, said, “In every child a seed lies a seed of dreams, achievements and tremendous possibilities … Either this seed grows to become a giving fruitful tree … or the seed fades and the seed at its beginning as a result of neglect and misfortune.” His Highness added in a tweet on the “X” platform: “Our children today are the men and women who will carry, protect and build the future of our country.” His Highness continued: “Our future depends on our interest in the seed of the great capabilities that every child in our country carries.”
