Abu Dhabi/The UAE expressed its welcome to the agreement reached by the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, to demarcate the borders between the two countries, and affirmed its support for efforts to promote peace and prosperity. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its hope that this step will contribute to consolidating constructive stability and cooperation, and in promoting development and peace at the regional and international levels, in a way that brings good for the two friendly countries and peoples and serves their common interests.
