The Faculty of Science, Tanta University in Gharbia Governorate, issued a statement under the supervision of Dr. Abeer Alam Al -Din, Dean of the College of Science, regarding what was circulated through social networking sites for a number of videos to dance the college students to the tunes of festivals and the use of drum inside the campus during a group breakfast ceremony organized by the college on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan.

It stated in the incident circulating on the pages of the social networking sites attributed to the occurrence of organizational errors during the breakfast of the month of Ramadan, the College of Science, Tanta University, confirms its complete keenness to adhere to university norms and traditions, and the necessary measures are being taken with our full assertion to support the activities of student families and the college students union within the framework of laws and regulations organized.
Facebook social media users circulated a video clip showing students of the Tanta College of Science dancing to the tunes of festivals on the campus during a group breakfast.
Dr. Abeer Alam Al -Din, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Tanta University, participated in the collective breakfast of workers, students and expatriates, which was organized by the Student Union in the college.
