The Zamalek Club Board, headed by Captain Hussein Labib, held an important meeting in the presence of all members, until the early hours of Thursday morning.
The council reviewed many files related to the nature of work in the next stage.
The Council listened to the perception submitted by the Planning and Development Committee for the football sector, regarding the restructuring of the work in the sector in the coming period.
Captain Ahmed Hossam “Mido”, a member of the committee, presented the full perception of the development of the football sector in the club, especially at the level of the Sunni groups in line with the systems in force in the major clubs around the world.
Mido demanded that there be a strong focus on the junior sector, because it represents a real wealth in Zamalek, and historically the club benefited many players who are escalating to the first team every season, as a result of obtaining the appropriate establishment since childhood in the club.
It was also agreed to pay attention to providing the best ways of education and gaining experiences for coaches working in the junior sector in the Zamalek Club by refining their experiences in high -level training courses, while providing appropriate stadiums and logistical matters that different club teams need.
The Zamalek Board of Directors affirmed its full support for the Planning and Development Committee for the football sector, which is chaired by Captain Hussein Labib, and includes Mido, Hazem Imam and Amr Al -Janini.
It was agreed to start implementing the perception submitted by the Planning and Development Committee for the football sector and evaluating the situation every period.
The council reviewed the perception presented regarding the nature of the club’s media administration’s work during the coming period, and Maher Gharib, Director of the Information Department in Zamalek, presented a comprehensive presentation of the form of the administration, and how to reach the media performance to the appropriate level of the value and size of Zamalek, while providing media services to all media that are appropriate to the nature of the relationship that links the club and all media parties with all professionalism.
The Council also reviewed the perception presented on the administrative and organizational restructuring of the various departments of the club, with the aim of raising the efficiency of work and good investment of existing competencies without the club bearing more financial burdens for the coming period.
