Al Hilal Saudi Club is seeking to sign Dutchman Virgil van Dyck, the first team soccer defender of the English club Liverpool, in the next summer Mercato.
Virgil Van Dyck is scheduled to become a free player after the end of the current season 2024-2025, if he does not renew his contract with Liverpool.
Liverpool is working to renew the contract of Van Dyck, Mohamed Salah and Alexander Arnold in the current period, for fear of their free departure at the end of the current season.
There are many European and Saudi clubs that are working to contract with Virgil Van Dyck next summer, in a free deal, led by Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Al Hilal, according to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”.
Al Hilal offer to Van Dyck
According to the French newspaper “Likip”, the Dutchman Virgil van Dyck received a huge offer from Al Hilal in the last hours.
The newspaper pointed out that Al -Hilal club informed Van Dyck of his desire to include him next summer, in exchange for granting him 20 million euros an annual salary, unlike the rewards.
The newspaper continued that Van Dyck did not settle his position on the offer from Al Hilal Club, but he studies the offer well before informing the club of the final response.
It is expected that the coming period will witness the continuation of negotiations from the Saudi Crescent and Virgil van Dyck in order to resolve the deal.
Al -Hilal wants to resolve the Van Dyck deal before the Club World Cup, due to the club’s desire for the departure of Senegalese Calido Coulibaly, according to Saudi press reports earlier.
