Competitions officials in the Club Association decided to hold the first team football match in Al -Ahly Club against Enppi in the matches of the League Cup at Al -Salam Stadium on March 20.
Al -Ahly will participate in the League Cup this season after it was decided to apologize for the past seasons, but the current season appears in the League championship, which has the title of Ceramica Cleopatra Club.

Sources inside Al -Ahly revealed that the club administration made its decision not to retract the withdrawal from the league championship, in implementation of what was stated in the official statement issued by the club hours before the summit meeting, during which Al -Ahly confirmed that he will withdraw from the league if he does not adhere to the decision of the Clubs Association to appoint foreign referees for the summit match.
Al -Ahly communicates with clubs to dissolve the League Council
A source confirmed to Cairo 24, that Al -Ahly is currently communicating with Al -Douri clubs to dissolve the League of Professional Clubs for its illegal, based on the fact that the Club Association Council was not elected according to the regulations after the Football Association elections.
The source pointed out that the regulation stipulates the election of a new association council every season, especially in light of the rise of new clubs.
