Dubai: “The Gulf”, the Ministry of Community Empowerment, in cooperation with the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation, organized a workshop “the joint design of a social support program to enhance job readiness”, with the aim of discussing and developing innovative solutions, which meets the needs of the beneficiaries of the social support program, and enhances their opportunities to obtain jobs that suit their capabilities and skills, while this comes within the framework of partnership and continuous efforts between them, to improve the quality of society’s life, and achieve economic empowerment for all Its categories, which contributes to the consolidation of cohesion and societal stability. The activities of the workshop were attended by Noor Sphinx, Assistant Undersecretary for the Social Support and Empowerment Sector, and Mona Ghandar, Vice President for Partnerships and Programs at the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation,
