DUBAI: «Gulf» The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the completion of more than 34 million smart transactions during the year 2024, with a growth rate of about 59 % for the year 2023, which witnessed the completion of more than 20 million transactions, and the completed figures represent the ministry’s ability to deal with approximately 94 thousand smart transactions, including holidays and official holidays. The percentage of growth referred to the ministry’s success in adopting digital solutions and benefiting from the outputs of artificial intelligence in order to support its steps towards the bureaucracy and the development of its services system, enhancing the experience of customers, contributing to the efforts of the state’s leadership and competitiveness in government services and consolidating its position in the forefront
