Conditions of the new Saudi royal pardon 1446 AH
In order to be able to register on the new Saudi royal pardon, the following conditions must be met:
- Your career should be good inside the prison and your behavior is good.
- Not to commit any violation inside the prison, by adhering to the regulations approved by the penal institution.
- Half of the period of imprisonment prescribed to you.
- That your crime is not the following crimes:
- The crime of rape.
- Money laundering crime.
- Blessed murder.
- Fraud crime.
- Crime of coercion.
- Armed robbery.
- The crime of harassment of children.
- The crime of assaulting individuals by fatal means.
- The crime of drugs and trade in it.
- Crimes related to state security.
- Crimes related to honor and honesty.

The Ministry of Interior provided the service of registration in the new royal pardon on the occasion of the month of Ramadan, by following the following steps:
- In the beginning you have to enter the electronic platform Preach.
- Start the login process, and insert your password and national identity number.
- The home page of the Absher platform will appear with you, go to my service list.
- Click on the option of prisoners’ services.
- Then follow the option of royal pardon.
- A window with a number of data required of you will open, insert all personal information, and then verify it before the registration ends.
- Finally, click on the Option to send the order.
- Through the Absher platform, you can follow your request, to see if it is accepted or rejected.
The dates of issuing the new Saudi royal pardon
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pardoned a number of prisoners on a number of national and religious occasions, which are the following:
- The blessed month of Ramadan.
- The blessed Eid Al -Adha.
- Eid al -Fitr
- Saudi National Day.
