The University of Bahrain Technology organized in cooperation with members of the ISACA Student Group, the Faculty of Computer Science and the Graduate Office, the “Bug Busters” competition. The competition included three stages, centered on the analytical and technical capabilities test. The four winning teams were honored, as the student, Fahim Halima, was honored by computer science specializing in the first place, while Iman Mohamed, a student of cybersecurity networks and security, won second place. The Taliban Muhammad Nizyen and Sayed Raed Hussein also ranked the third and fourth computer science.
This competition embodies the commitment of the UTB of ISG club, which is the first student group of ISACA in Bahrain, led by student Mohamed Gomaa from computer science specialization, to inspire students from the College of Computer Science and other colleges to participate in technological activities that promote creativity culture in creating technical solutions to the most complex problems.
The University of Bahrain for Technology stressed its continuous endeavor to enable students and prepare them to participate in a merit in the technological race, by expanding outside the horizon of the curriculum and participating in practical experiences that enhance their accomplishment of everything new, which qualifies them to excel in a scene that is constantly developing and leaving their promising mark in local and international forums.
