The share of the city of Egypt for housing and construction, which is listed on the Egypt Stock Exchange, increased by 3.80% during the trading of Sunday’s session, to circulate at the price of 4.10 pounds per share, after the announcement of the financial statements.
The trading on the share of Misr City for Housing and Development at that time came through 2.93 million shares with a value of trading 11.93 million pounds.
The highest price per share was at that time at 4.10 pounds per share, while the lowest price for the share was at 4.01 pounds.
The price of the share of the city of Misr City for Housing and Reconstruction came after the announcement of the company’s financial indicators for the year 2024, which showed an increase in the company’s profits by 37% on an annual basis.
The company explained that it achieved profits after the tax (the share of the property rights of the parent company) amounted to 2.91 billion pounds in 2024, compared to 2.12 billion pounds in 2023.
The company’s revenues increased during the past year to 8.46 billion pounds, compared to 8.11 billion pounds in 2023.
In terms of unacceptable financial statements, the profits of the independent company in 2024 increased to 2.82 billion pounds, compared to 2.12 billion pounds in the previous year.
With regard to the company’s sales, it amounted to 46.1 billion pounds in 2024, where about 4708 housing units of their projects were sold during the past year.
The company also achieved profits after the tax (for the parent company) amounting to 2.52 billion pounds during the period from January to September 2024, compared to profits amounting to 1.34 billion pounds in the same period from 2023, taking into account the minority rights.
The company’s sales increased during the first nine months of this year to 7.45 billion pounds, compared to 4.69 billion pounds in the same period in the previous year.
