On Saturday, the Bahraini Special Olympics delegation arrived in the Italian city of Turin, in preparation for participating in the Winter Winter Games of the Special Olympics, which will be held from 7 to 16 March 2025.
The mission players participated in the comprehensive medical examination that took place within the framework of the activities of the course, to ensure their physical and health readiness before the start of the competitions. This step comes within the framework of intensive preparations to ensure a performance befitting the global competition level.
The players will participate in the running race on the snow, as the player Mahmoud Mohsen will participate in the 400 -meter running race and 800 meters running, while the player Rowan Al -Saad will participate in the race 25 meters running and 50 meters running.
It is worth noting that the player Mahmoud Mohsen will have the honor to represent the Middle East and North Africa region by carrying the torch of the championship during the opening ceremony.
