Hajj Awad Khairi, the owner of the initiative, said that the kitchen of goodness turns during the month of Ramadan into a beehive, where volunteers of all ages join hands to prepare meals and prepare them to distribute them to the beneficiaries, and work begins in the kitchen throughout the day through two elements in the morning and evening, where the ingredients are prepared and equipped for cooking, and a team of volunteers prepare hot meals and pack them in healthy packages, before distributing them. Various and integrated meals
Hajj Awad added to Cairo 24, that we are keen to diversify the meals provided to the fasting people, as integrated meals containing rice or pasta, meat or chicken, vegetables, in addition to dates and juices, are also prepared, and the diversity of meals is taken into account to suit different tastes.
Distributing meals to the beneficiaries
Hajj Awad pointed out that meals are distributed to the beneficiaries through a team of volunteers, who deliver meals to homes throughout the governorate, and meals are distributed to fasting people in 3 centers: Samalout, City and Minya Center, Abu Qurqas, and the neighboring villages, in order to cover the largest possible number of beneficiaries.
In addition to the “Ramadan Al -Khair” initiative, Minya Governorate is witnessing many other charitable initiatives during the month of Ramadan, such as the tables of Rahman that spread throughout the province, and the distribution of dates and juices to the fasting in the main roads and public squares.
