The National Authority for Human Rights organized the seventh edition of the “Knowledge Laboratory”, a series of seminars aimed at educating and educating the staff of the Authority on vital topics related to human rights, where it discussed in this version the role of the media in promoting human rights, the impact of global views on the public awareness and the human rights scene in general. The symposium presented by Mohamed Al Hammadi, Director General of the Emirates News Agency «WAM) and a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Human Rights Authority, which came under the title:“ The media as a tool for the defense of human rights ”, touched on the importance of the media in promoting and spreading a human rights culture, and how to harness it in order to protect the rights of individuals.
