The arrow of the integrated “integrated” engineering business, which is raised and traded on the Egypt Stock Exchange, increased by 10% at the end of trading today, Wednesday, to close at the price of 0.231 pounds per share.
Trading on the arrow of the integrated engineering group at the end of trading came through 446 trading operations, at 29.91 million shares with a trading value of 6.69 million pounds.
The highest price for the share at that time was at 0.231 pounds, while the lowest price was at 0.208 pounds, to touch the share in the highest price for 40 and a half months “3 years, 4 months and 14 days”.
The integrated engineering group is an Egyptian company working in the field of contracting and engineering construction, established in 2008 with the aim of establishing and operating a factory for the manufacture of metal construction parts such as bridges, tanks and camels, in addition to managing engineering projects and supervising their implementation.
The company is also working in the work of mechanical, electromechanical and mobile metal installations, in addition to construction contracting, construction and finishing work, as well as dealing with the trade and distribution of goods, materials and building materials, and performs import and export operations.
At the end of last January, the Securities Accounting Committee on the Egypt Stock Exchange decided to registration of shares of the company’s source increase and paid to become 50 million pounds, and before the increase was 29 million pounds, and an increase of 21 million pounds distributed over 210 million shares and a nominal value of 0.1 pounds per share, which included during the subscription 0.025 pounds as issuance expenses.
