The Ministry of Education has announced the official working hours to receive customers through service outlets throughout the holy month of Ramadan. Where the working hours will be from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, while the working hours will be on Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and the ministry confirmed that it will continue to receive the inquiries of parents and students through communication centers throughout the week, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, in order to provide the necessary support and facilitate procedures. These amendments come within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to provide the best services to customers in proportion to the specificity of the month of Ramadan.
