Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, received, in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Holding Company, d. Sanya Nishtar, CEO of the Global Opportunity and Immunization Alliance (Gavi).
During the meeting, he affirmed the great interest that the Kingdom of Bahrain attaches to keeping pace with the latest modern medical practices and developments that contribute to promoting public health, and the efficiency and effectiveness of the health system in a way that reflects positively on providing the best health and treatment services to citizens, and achieves sustainable development goals.
During the meeting, ways of enhancing aspects of cooperation and coordination between the Kingdom of Bahrain and international medical institutions and organizations specialized in the health sector were also reviewed to exchange experiences, experiences and best practices in a way that contributes to achieving the desired goals and aspirations.
