The Minister of Justice Resolution No. 762 of 2025 came after reviewing Law No. 114 of 1946 to organize the real estate regulation on 14/8/1946 and Law No. 68 of 1947 regarding documentation and its executive regulations issued on 3/11/1947 and on the President’s Resolution of Law No. 5 of 1946 to organize the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Authority, and the decision of the Counselor and Minister of Justice No. 1666 of 2014 regarding the inclusion and integration of The Real Estate Registration Mission in Marsa Matrouh with the Office of Documentation of Marsa Matrouh of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Office in Marsa Matrouh under the name (Real Estate Registration and Documentation Mission in Marsa Matrouh) followed the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Office in Marsa Matrouh, and on the Memorandum of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation of 11/25/25.
The first article stipulates that a branch of documentation will arise in the name of the branch of the documentation of the Chamber of Commerce in Matrouh, followed by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Office in Marsa Matrouh, which is based (inside the building of the Chamber of Commerce on the ground floor located in Port Said Street next to Abdullah Issa Hospital in Marsa Matrouh).
