The Parliamentary Financial and Economic Affairs Committee has read the proposal with a desire for the Ministry of Industry and Trade to improve transparency by amending the registry system to allow the public to download the search reports for commercial records.
The proposal aims to enhance the principles of transparency and disclosure regarding commercial records, developing and improving the quality of the electronic record system, ensuring the possibility of the public reaching data and reports of electronic commercial records, and downloading these data and reports to allow it to be analyzed easier.
