Educational directorates revealed the dates of school in schools during the holy month of Ramadan, where the directorates confirmed that the morning queue in schools that work for one study period and the full day system from eight in the morning, while schools that work for two morning and evening school periods begin the first or morning period from seven and a quarter in the morning, as the period of the session is between 40 to 45 minutes depending on the nature of each school.

The educational directorates confirmed that it takes into account the end of the school day at four in the afternoon in schools of two periods, and one in the afternoon for schools of one period, explaining that according to the new amendments, studying in schools with one period begins from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, while schools that work for two periods begin, the morning period starts from 7:15 am to 11:40 am, while the evening period extends from 11:45 am until 4:00 In the afternoon.
Earlier, one of the officials responsible for the Ministry of Education and Technical Education explained that the ministry leaves the decision to determine the dates of students to attend and leave students during the month of Ramadan 2025, for the districts and educational departments.
Some sources confirmed to Cairo 24 that schools are responsible for informing students of the instructions issued by the educational directorates regarding attendance and departure dates during the month of Ramadan 2025 for school students before the holy month in a sufficient time, pointing out that the attendance and departure dates during the month of Ramadan 2025 for school students will not differ much from the dates of normal days.
