Saad Al -Saghir’s imprisonment
It is noteworthy that Saad Al -Saghir is currently serving a six -month prison sentence, after being convicted of the case of possession of narcotic drugs. He is expected to be released on March 9, according to legal sources.
The details of the case are due to the dawn of last September 10 at 1:30 am, during the presence of the popular singer Saad Al -Saghir inside the hall No. 3 International arrival at Cairo Airport, upon his return from Texas in America after he finished holding two concerts inside the state.
After the customs inspection of it inside the airport, the customs devices found a bag inside which 19 Ecarton -Cracks – Feb – including 9 suspected devices to get an uncommon smell, which prompted them to reserve the singer Saad Al -Saghir and seize those nine devices to know what is inside them.
Earlier, the popular singer Saad Al -Saghir appealed the sentence against him 3 years imprisonment for accusing him of possessing narcotic drugs during the presence of Cairo Airport coming from America.
The North Cairo Appeals Court, held in Abbasiya, accepted the appeal, Lieutenant -Colonel Saad Al -Saghir, in form, and reduced the sentence against him with a 6 -month prison sentence instead of 3 years with work, on charges of possessing narcotic substances while he was at Cairo Airport coming from America.
