Dr. Khaled Mubarak, Governor of South Sinai, visited the Taba Hospital and the city’s family medicine center, accompanied by the governorate’s guests from former governors, dignitaries and media workers on the 36th anniversary of the recovery of Taba, this came within the directives of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi to improve public services in the governorate and develop the health sector in particular.
During the visit, the governor explained the services that are provided to the people of the region and tourists who frequent the city, praising the level of health services provided in proportion to the importance of Taba as one of the important tourist destinations ..
In a related context, the governor of South Sinai visited the Al -Alam Square in Taba, on the 36th anniversary of the recovery of Taba, which is the historical event that had a great role in restoring Egyptian sovereignty over the last spot of Egyptian lands and the governor stressed that the science square is a symbol of sacrifice and redemption, And that the memory of the recovery of Taba remains a milestone in the modern history of Egypt.
In his statements, the governor stressed that the city of Taba is witnessing a great development in various fields, noting the ongoing efforts to achieve sustainable development in all sectors. He added that Egypt’s 2030 vision requires more cooperation and joint work from all concerned parties in order to improve the level of services throughout the province, including tourism, health and education.
All the attendees expressed their pride and pride in this historic day, praising the efforts of the Egyptian state in developing and improving services in South Sinai, stressing the importance of Taba as a tourist and strategic destination that enhances Egypt’s position on the regional and international map.
